What are the fees?We use a flat rate fee per month. We can talk about your specific business needs and figure out how we can best serve you.What type of bookkeeping services do you offer?We specialize in QuickBooks and are QuickBooks Online Certified ProAdvisors. We work remotely and utilize cloud based software for easy and secure document uploads and transfers.How does monthly bookkeeping work?We analyze and record all of your business transactions through QuickBooks Online to compile monthly financial statements such as Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet.What if I need a more frequent schedule than monthly?We are here to serve you. We can absolutely connect more often to meet your specific business needs.When and how do I send my documents to you?At the beginning of each month, we will gather up any necessary financial documentation. Bank and credit card transactions are imported automatically, any extra receipts are uploaded to QBO or emailed. Everything is categorized and then all accounts are reconciled.When do you deliver my monthly financial reports?We will have your financial reports delivered by the 10th of every month so that you can better plan for your business. The odd time we may need more information. If anything pops up, we'll reach out for clarification. After the first month, we will have a deeper understanding of your business and will need little input month to month.What if my books are behind schedule or need a clean-up?We can help clean-up any messy transactions or inaccurate records from your past. We will discuss the details as necessary for your specific situation.What if I need assistance for special projects?Let’s talk about it! We love innovation and are constantly trying new concepts.
